commerical salon & spa concept
Unlistd is a Montreal salon found on Saint Laurent which offers edgy and elevated styles. The owner started the salon in 2012, in hopes of creating an ideal working environment where new and unconventional styles could be approached. Unlistd has since expanded, becoming increasingly popular within their scene.
For this project, I wanted to build on their growth and create a full-service spa & salon with elements inspired by Vapourwave and Pop Art.
Neon
corporate office concept
Introducing Neon, a local retailer of fashion goods & accessories found in Montreal, Quebec. Having a strong connection to their hometown and the styles that can be found throughout, I felt compelled to design a corporate office that would reflect their urban roots. Thus, my influences come from the year of rapid development in Montreal, Expo '67. Incorporating elements of brutalism with classic shapes of this period and accents of neon light.
Cockpit
airport lounge concept
The brief was to create an interior design based off the work of Karim Rashid. His drive for innovation, adaptability and development of new materials inspired me to create an contemporary airport lounge. This space is made accessible to those with physical limitations and features resting chambers which are finished in safe, non-toxic materials
