The facility includes departments for Packing & Shipping, Customer Service Representatives, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, the Executive, and his assistant. The space also includes a waiting area and reception desk greet the guests at the entrance, a comfortable conference room and employee cafeteria.

The company prides itself on being a powerful and positive representation of the relaxed, yet upbeat ambience which can be observed in the Plateau and downtown areas of the city. Going through such great lengths to embody of spirit of Montréal, it's essential that their corporate offices include an equal amount of thought and dedication. With this in mind, and in keeping true to the spirit of what makes Montréal original, the offices are inspired by the STM metro system and include elements reflected by the word which makes the name of the company- Neon. This is done by adorning the furniture with chrome details, using a combination of organic and industrial materials, and installing neon lights as a method of wayfinding to each department.

FURNITURE
LIGHTING PLAN
Lighting plan includes a wayfinding network of neon lights. Each coloured tube corresponding and connecting to the different departments for easy navigation, starting from reception.
Underground & industrial ambiance created by light baffling system integrated into ceiling & walls.

FURNITURE PLAN
Waiting area is furnished with outdoor concrete seating to provide the authentic feeling of waiting for the metro, while the offices are furnished in Bauhaus pieces to really relish in the best styles of the time.
